Declaration I hereby authorise Spike Allibone trading as Night Train Productions Ltd. (hereafter referred to as the “Company”) to publish photographs and moving images (IE video files including any captured sound) (hereafter referred to as the “content”) taken on shoot occasions or event date(s) (listed above) which include content which includes images and footage of me and/or the minor child or children (hereafter referred to as the “Minor(s)”) listed on this form. This includes my/our images / content and identities for use in the Company’s print, online and video based materials, as well as additional publications affiliated to the Company and their respective contracted clients and affiliated partners. I understand that the Company may retain my /our content on file, host this content digitally on website(s) and within cloud storage facilities and that my / our names may be attached to these files. I hereby release the Company from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself and for the Minor(s)associated with this content. Further, I attest that I am the parent or legal guardian of the Minor(s) and that I have full authority to consent and authorise the Company to use both mine and their likenesses and names accordingly. I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that neither I nor the Minor(s) will receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of this content or participation in company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of this content confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever. I hereby release the Company, its contractors, its employees and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of Company publications, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation or the participation of the Minor(s).
